Item Description
Salicylic Acid is a trusted hoof care treatment widely used in cattle to support the management of hoof conditions, including digital dermatitis, foot rot and other infectious hoof lesions. Its keratolytic action helps soften and remove dead or damaged tissue, allowing healthier tissue to regenerate and supporting the natural healing process. In addition to its tissue-softening properties, Salicylic Acid also helps create a cleaner hoof environment by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi commonly associated with hoof infections. Regular use as part of a hoof health programme can help improve hoof condition, reduce discomfort and support cattle mobility. Suitable for use alongside appropriate hoof trimming and veterinary treatment protocols.
