We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.
We Accept Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?
Let us know within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email. Please include photos of the damage — we'll take it from there.
Note: If an electrical item arrives damaged, don't plug it in. Electrical products that have been connected to a power source may be considered used, which can affect your return.
Returning an Unwanted Item
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A few additional rules apply to specific products:
- Veterinary products — tamper-evident seals must be unbroken
- Clothing & footwear — tags attached, no signs of wear
- Tools & equipment — not used, assembled, or installed
To start a return, email supplies@feirmcoop.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason. Don't send anything back until we've confirmed your return.
Returning via DPD
We've partnered with DPD to keep returns simple. Once your return is authorised:
- Download and complete the returns form
- Create your label at dpd.ie/returns — select Feirm Coop from the retailer list and use your order number as the reference
- Drop your parcel at your nearest DPD Pickup Point
