Application Instructions
Step 1: Load the Cartridge
Insert the 210 ml glue cartridge into the dispensing applicator gun.
Unscrew the retaining collar.
Remove and discard the nose plug from the cartridge.
Step 2: Attach the Mixing Tip
Fit the mixing tip onto the cartridge.
Secure it by replacing the retaining collar and tightening it firmly.
Step 3: Prepare the Glue
Hold the applicator upright to allow any trapped air bubbles to rise.
Gently squeeze the handle until both the blue and yellow components pass through the mixing tip and produce a consistent green colour.
Step 4: Ready for Application
Dispense and discard a small amount of mixed glue before each use.
This ensures any unmixed material is removed and provides a properly mixed adhesive for maximum bonding strength.
