Item Description

Ceteia Immu Mineral Block delivers the nutrients the cow requires. Livestock require a balanced amount of minerals and trace elements to achieve optimum performance. A slight deficiency can impact the welfare and performance of the animal. Mineral and trace element requirements can change every day due to stress, weather, age or time of the year. Livestock do not receive everything they require from forage so the block is a cost-effective solution as cows have free access to it.
The block should be positioned in an appropriate area of the cow housing facility to which all cows have access. They are best placed near but not next to water and should be around 1.5m - 1.8m off the ground for cows. The elevated placement will help optimise salivation which will support the rumen buffering. The amount of blocks you need depends on the size of your herd. There are three types of holders; Heavy duty metal holders, gate holders and Pasture holders. The heavy-duty metal and plastic wall holder is designed for the 15kg block.
Ceteia Immu is high in copper to promote good coat condition. Feet health and muscle development are optimised due to the high levels of zinc and manganese. It is suitable to use all year round. To make your farm as profitable as possible it is vital not to underestimate mineral deficiencies and the impact they can have on welfare and performance.
Calseagrit -A calcified seaweed naturally rich in marine calcium and trace elements. It helps support rumen buffering and maintain an appropriate rumen pH
Iotech - A dried brown seaweed ingredient providing naturally occurring antioxidants and nutrients that help support rumen microbial activity and digestive function.
