Application Instructions

1. Apply using a knapsack sprayer, quad sprayer or boom sprayer
2. Spot treatment dilution rate:
- 60ml per 10L of water
3. Field application rate:
- 1.2L per hectare
4. Best Timing for Control
- Docks: Rosette stage or before 20–25cm high
- Nettles: Prior to flowering
- Thistles: Before flowering spikes emerge
- Brambles/Gorse/Broom: June–August during active growth
5. Best Practice
- Allow 2–3 weeks regrowth after grazing or cutting before spraying
- Do not cut grass for 28 days after treatment for maximum translocation

Item Description

Scrubkiller® Ultra 1L is a powerful foliar-acting selective herbicide developed for the control of deep-rooted and woody broad-leaved weeds in established grassland and amenity grassland. Containing 240g/L triclopyr and 60g/L clopyralid, it is absorbed through the leaves and translocated throughout the entire plant, providing long-lasting control by killing weeds down to the root system.
Fully approved for handheld spot treatment, Scrubkiller® Ultra is ideal for treating isolated weed infestations using a knapsack sprayer. It effectively controls problem weeds including docks, thistles, nettles, brambles, broom and gorse, helping to restore productive grassland by reducing weed competition.
The formulation is suitable for use in established grassland over 12 months old and becomes rainfast in approximately 2 hours, allowing greater flexibility during the spraying season. Scrubkiller® Ultra is not clover-safe, so it should only be used where clover preservation is not required. Livestock can generally return to treated fields after 7 days, subject to label recommendations
