Item Description
Pre Calver QES Elite Mineral Bag is a high-specification mineral and vitamin supplement formulated for dry cows in the pre-calving period. Designed to meet the nutritional needs of in-calf dairy and suckler cows during the critical weeks before calving. This premium mineral blend delivers a balanced profile of essential macro and trace elements together with vitamins to support cow health, calving ease and calf performance.
Pre-Calver contains elevated levels of magnesium, which helps maintain calcium metabolism and reduces the risk of metabolic conditions such as milk fever at parturition. A full complement of trace elements including zinc, copper, selenium and iodine supports immune function, fertility and tissue health.
The inclusion of key vitamins such as A, D3 and E contributes to strong immunity, efficient energy metabolism and improved colostrum quality. Feeding Pre-Calver for 6-8 weeks prior to calving ensures that cows receive the nutrition needed to support their own health and the development of the unborn calf, ultimately helping to reduce calving difficulties, metabolic disorders and weak newborn status.
