2. Position the heat lamp at a safe height above the animals, ensuring they have enough space to move away from the heat source if required.
3. Regularly inspect the lamp holder, cable and bulb for signs of wear or damage, and always disconnect the power supply before changing the bulb or carrying out maintenance.
