Ectospec Fly Pour-On 2.5% is a ready-to-use insecticidal pour-on solution formulated for the control of flies and lice in cattle. The active ingredient, Cypermethrin 2.5% w/v, delivers effective ectoparasite control with a low 10ml dose applied along the back-line of the animal. Flies and lice can significantly impact cattle health, leading to reduced milk production, slower weight gain, irritation and increased disease transmission. Regular use of Ectospec helps limit these losses by lowering parasite burden and improving animal comfort. This pour-on solution is ideal for both beef and dairy herds. It’s easy to apply, requires no mixing, and can be administered immediately after milking (zero milk withdrawal). A short meat withdrawal period helps keep herd management simple.
