Oral administration only, shake well before use.
Cattle (ketosis):
- 200 ml morning and evening on the first day, followed by 100 ml twice daily for 3 days.
- Sheep & Goats (pregnancy toxaemia): 100 ml once daily for 6 days

Chanatol Oral Solution is a licensed veterinary medicinal product formulated to help treat acetonaemia (ketosis) in cattle and pregnancy toxaemia (twin lamb/advanced pregnancy energy deficit) in sheep and goats. It combines cobalt sulphate heptahydrate with propylene glycol to provide a source of replacement carbohydrate and support energy metabolism during periods of high energy demand.
Ketosis and pregnancy toxaemia occur when an animals energy requirements exceed intake, leading to low blood glucose and mobilisation of body fat. Chanatols formulation helps provide a readily available energy precursor to support glucose levels and aid recovery when used as part of a veterinary-approved treatment plan.
